Before working with Puntafy, Enoteca Pick Up was entirely offline. We had a strong identity and great products, but no real digital structure. Together, we built our ecommerce from zero and created a system that finally reflects who we are and where we want to go.

At the beginning of the project, Enoteca Pick Up had no online sales infrastructure. There was no ecommerce, no structured digital strategy and no system in place to support growth beyond the physical store.

The challenge was not optimisation — it was creation.

We had to transform a purely offline business into a scalable online brand, defining everything from platform selection to customer journey, from communication strategy to performance marketing. The goal was to build solid foundations, not quick fixes.

The approach was intentionally long-term focused. Instead of rushing into isolated marketing actions, Puntafy designed a complete growth framework tailored to the wine industry and the brand’s positioning.

The priority was to create a digital presence that felt credible, premium and aligned with the culture of wine, while applying proven ecommerce and performance principles. Strategy came first, execution followed.

We built the ecommerce platform from zero using Shopify, designing a structure that could support product storytelling, ease of navigation and a smooth purchasing experience. The website became the core of the digital ecosystem, not just a sales channel.

Alongside the ecommerce launch, we structured the entire online presence, giving Enoteca Pick Up a clear and recognisable digital identity. Email marketing was implemented as a central growth lever, with automated flows covering welcome sequences, abandoned carts and post-purchase communication.

Paid advertising strategies were then layered on top of this solid foundation, ensuring traffic was driven into a system designed to convert and retain customers, not just generate clicks.

Within two years, Enoteca Pick Up experienced approximately 200% revenue growth, driven by the combination of ecommerce, structured email marketing and performance advertising.
